The hotel was really clean. Amenities seemed great. The atmosphere felt cute. One of the staff members, Fan, were really good. She was kind and professional! She always had a warm smile. This attentiveness.
I did notice some wear with certain maintenance items. Perhaps this is due to guests not advising on required maintenance and not treating fixtures properly. I believe a little extra attention here would elevate the stay further.

The breakfast selection was plentiful with both Asian and Western options. I found the staff to be professional the housekeeper maintained the room well. I stored luggage securely and received towels for an excursion.
I observed that the hot water in the shower took a while to warm up.

the staff were always friendly and helpful i noticed the rooms were clean. the breakfast was consistently good . the location is also convenient being near various places to eat.
i found the bed was too soft it reminded me of my body sank down when i lied on it. there were no openable windows in the room i could not get fresh air.

i booked this hotel by mistake. i am happy with the outcome. this hotel offers great value. the breakfast was decent and the beds felt super comfy.
the room did not have an openable window. this meant i could not get fresh air inside. turning off the ac at night was not an option.

the breakfast buffet was very good. i especially enjoyed the variety (there were many options). the hotel's location was convenient. i was able to walk to many restaurants and shops. the staff were always ready to assist.
the room i had was quite small. the hot water took a long time to heat up in the shower. the water pressure was also low (it was hard to get a good shower).

The room i was assigned was smaller than expected. The location felt cramped due to a narrow, busy street and the room had sounds of water while in bed. also, i specifically requested a king bed, but received a room with two beds instead. The hotel's location on a narrow, busy street was inconvenient.
